Welcome! I'm Karen Ristoff, a licensed mental health counselor and
holistic health coach dedicated to helping women over 40 navigate life's complexities and transitions. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by women in this demographic, my practice focuses on trauma, empty nest syndrome, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, life transitions, burnout,
existential crises, aging, and overall wellness.
Combining traditional mental health approaches with holistic health principles, I offer a comprehensive and integrative therapeutic experience. My methods include mental health counseling, somatic interventions, and a thorough assessment of wellness practices, tailored to support and enhance your journey towards well-being.
